I tried to connect and it connects. However, it only reads part of the information. I recently obtained the license file and it's uploaded to the program's directory, but when I generate a report, it still shows as unregistered.

The "Get license" button is invisible. The report says "license found" - first post, but my connection is limited to only some functions, and the report shows "not registered."

No, the reports still show it as unregistered (new license file, new computer).

I am currently using the computer from which I generated the license file about two weeks ago. I previously mentioned generating licenses on a different computer two years ago, but the system has now allowed me to generate a new license on the current machine.

Any suggestions as to why it's finding licenses but still showing as unregistered? I'm sure it's something simple, but I'm out of ideas.

I registered this ECU on a different computer two years ago. I don't recall the details, but I think that license didn't work quite right either. A week ago, I managed to download the license again onto a new computer. Yes, a window for selecting the model year pops up during the connection process.
