I’ve tried to get a debug report but I don’t know where to find it. I click the “write report” button a small window opens with report done, but I don’t know what to do to view it or copy it.

Yes I’ve registered, I’ll get a report after work tomorrow

Hi I’m very new to using melcodiag but I’ve got a 2016 Multistrada 1200 and when I try to reset the service nothing happens. I connect the cable turn on ignition, start software, connect to bike the get licence button disappears then when I go to resets nothing works.

Am I missing something?
