Such an old windows laptop with no internet connection so the date was set wrong on the laptop.

Maybe this is the problem - can I fix this with melcodiag?

The annual service date is showing due 2008/5/22 !!

I have the licence success and connection to ECU which is read fine.
When I click the ‘annual service’ reset, the light goes out on the dashboard but comes back on one second later.
I’ve tried all three service reset buttons ‘oil service’ ‘Desmo service’ and ‘annual service’ in case one of those ...

I am using an old laptop to run Melcodiag successfully, however it cannot connect to any webpages because the browser is so old.

I have emailed you to ask for help but understand you are busy.

Is there anyway to generate the licence manually?
