Yes, the service is overdue (should have been June 2025)

I'm struggling to get any data/resets across the ECU link. I connect the bike and it seems to be OK, but simple tests like engine temp read -8, active tests to force the dashboard to read 5000 rpm on the techo fail, and resetting the annual service flag do nothing except have the computer 'chime ...

Similar problem on my 2022 MultiStrada V4S .. all connected OK, but when I click on <annual service> to reset it, the computer gives a quiet 'chime' and nothing seems to change on the bike.
