The ECU is a IAW 5AM 2, Their is not a 3-pin connector. The connectors you are spotting are from an EVO rapid kit I'm going to install after I reset the TPS And their is only a 4 pin connector next to the battery

I have a Ducati Hypermotard 1100s, it is not an EVO, my VIN confirms it's an S model as well

There is not 3-prong OBD2 port on the 2008 model, which was confirmed by the dealership. The software I used was M3C9 and MelcoDiag because they are the only ones that can connect to the bike without giving an error saying " can't innit".
