Is it possible that it has anything to do with the cable? Or is it just the software?

Would running it on a Windows 10 computer make any difference?

My 2015 Multistrada 1200S connects, the license, loads, the software reads the milage correctly, will scan the the ECUs, but that is it. It will not reset the service light.

Everything I click on the Resets page just makes a ding sound and does nothing. I've looked through the forum but cant seem ...
