Sorry for the late reply, but I encountered the same problem with my 950s 2019, also on Win11.
I changed the speed to 38400 in hardware manager on the COM port.
Try then to disconnect and connect cable. If that does not work, right click on COM port and do uninstall, but do not tick try to uninstall ...
