I really have followed the instructions but ..... I still haven't received a license file and its been about 2 weeks now. Should I re-apply through the MelcoDiag software like I did the first time? Hopefully you can point me in the right direction.

I've recently purchased a Ducati Multistrada 2014 and it's lots of fun :-) But it definitely needs a few tweaks here and there, starting with a reset of the TPS and then maybe tweak the mixture at idle to be a bit leaner as I'm getting some surging and even stalling. I'm hoping MelcoDiag ...
