Can't provide bike info | Melcodiag, Monster 696 2009

Hello,

i can't get bike information for request the license.
I use ELM 327 V1.5 and everything OK after click connect but bike information is blank.
maybe i get wrong ELM connector?
i use ducati obd connector from OBDAUTO.

i can write debug info and the result like this:

you switch on ignition ? cause i see no data coming from your bike
you use ddA conector with 4 pins right ?
don't forget to tick m3c (696) before to tick connect

I already switch the ignition on and NOT start the engine.
and tick the m3c option before connect.
Yes, i use ddA connector with 4 pins from OBDAUTO like photo below.

I feel the melcodiag cant connect with my bike, maybe that wrong with my cable connector?
