2016 MTS 1200 DVT

Good evening.
I have spent a very pleasant afternoon trying to talk to the Ducati.
I have the latest Melcodiuag software from the website.
After a couple of tries when ut really didnt want to talk to my bike they made friends.
I've now registered and I can click buttons.
Lights flash on the elm box.
My Annual check light stubbornly refuses to go out.
I have multiple option of checking date changing date service and desmo reset buttons etc.
Any tips as to what I might be doing wrong?
The bike is a 1200S Multistrada DVT 2016 if that helps.

Now is it ok ?
I see you have the 10sw software not sure it does the trick anyway

Still no joy.
it flashes the lights on the ODB11 box.
And something is happening on the laptop because it makes bong noises.
But the date check stubbornly refuses to go out still.
My screen looks different to the others I see.
I'll send a screenshot when I get home.
