Help with 2021 HYP950 SP

I am trying to reset my oil service light with software. If I set it to "any bike" I am able to get my VIN number and software version but it won't pull the ECU info. If I choose the other option I connect but it doesn't pull anything. Because it doesnt pull the ECU info I am unable to get a license. Any ideas on how to get this working or if it is even compatible with my bike?

when you press get licence button , what is happening ?

Nothing happens. I have tried it on both settings.
