Hi would the software work for my Desert Sled 2022 Euro 5 - Annual Service Reset - thanks

Hi thanks for the response - I bought 2 x ELM OBD 2 cables one has a switch and the other doesn't both are version v1.5
downloaded software from your site - attempted to connect firstly with ignition off but both have CAN BUS ERROR displayed
Then i turned ignition on and reconnected - no messages regarding CAN BUS ERROR but no other details are displayed
filled in details for bike and year and selected create report - report saved to main folder -
when i attempted to get licence an error came up on web page saying unable to send as some information is missing
Is there a user guide available - which gives step by step instructions
my com ports are set up correctly and the software connects but i cant seem to populate any bike info on the software
i have attempted all of the above with both OBD 2 Cables but the results are the same for both
any help or advice appreciated - have copied the debug text file below if it helps

Hi have managed to reset annual service due -
tried different scenarios but was only able to get licence by selecting "any bike" to create report and forward to get licence
Once licence received - opened software and connected again by using "any bike "
Turned ignition on - connected - waited for ECU to sync and populate bike info - reset tab - annual service 0 and annual service 1 selected in turn and eventually cleared on display - took a couple of tries - thanks
