Cannot register software Ducati 1100 pro 2020

I have a Ducati Scrambler 1100 pro. 2020, which has the dual exhaust on one side, more like 2021 for the rest of the world. It uses a 6 pin interface rather than the older 4 pin interface to the ECU.

If I set the software to any bike it will read the vin number but no other info.

Registeration button is available but when I go to send it, insufficient information

It then tells me to switch to mc3/mcd
When I reconnect, I get no info at all and no registration button.

no other errors showing.

Disconnected the cables and restarted the computer. I never was able to register the software but I was able to clear the oil change & Desmo service interval. Oil change is set to today's date, will check the bike tomorrow and report back if it is still cleared.

did you set it to M3C for the reset ?
can you confirm what is ecu brand / model on your bike ?
