Error ABS/DTC Monster 821

Hello, I installed, registered, and was able to reset the oil change message on my Monster 821 without any problems. However, the ABS/DTC errors are frozen on the dashboard because I changed my battery and installed a new one, and I can't get the scan tool to detect the error. It simply responds with a "no response" message in the 500 field. I don't know if I've done something wrong or if the software simply can't perform this reading and diagnostic process.

click on scan button to display more ecu , and check dtc on each on them
