Hello jpl250rs,I am trying to register MelcoDiag for my bike, but I am getting the "serial empty" error. The program reads the VIN but leaves the ECU fields completely blank due to my interface limitations.
Here is my setup details:
Bike: Ducati Streetfighter V4S (2023 / Euro 5)
VIN: ZDM4F00AAPB001170
MelcoDiag Version: 2.0.4.9
Interface: USB ELM327 v2.1

i'mnot sure this will be sufficent.

Hi,
I am reopening this thread because I have a new, complete report from my bike.
The previous one was incomplete.
The software has now successfully auto-detected the bike and generated the full data log.
