good morning to everyone, i have connect my motorbike with MELCODIAG for receive the licence but the program dont send it saying "the site dont work", so i have made the report, may i send it on mail for receive the licence? Thank you so much!

hello Jp, he is a friend of mine and i have help him for get the licence. I have used Melcomdiag 2.0.4.4 , but when i hav push "get licence" dont have work. the report is:
