How to register

If resets buttons are greyed , it means the software is not correctly registered .
how to register :

1 - Ensure that the software can establish a connection with the bike.
If the sofware cannot pull informations , it may means the cable you are using are not well configurated and not suitable for your bike.
The process registration cannot work without pulling data from the bike.

2 - Once the data are pulled on the software , press get licence button ( the blue one ).
your computer shall be connected to internet, it will open the registration page .
If your computer is not connected to internet , after pressing the get liccence button , the registration link will be paste in your clipboard.
simply get connected to internet and paste the registration link in your browser to follow the registration process

3- Complete the form to receive the licence.
- the email where to send the licence file
- the bike details ex : monter 1200s 2018
- no others data shall be entered , do not alter the prefilled part

you will receive a cle.lic file quickly

4 - Install the cle.lic file into your application forlder ( melcodiag or jpdiag)
do not paste a shortcut , neither rename the file . Fhe name shall be cle.lic . cle(1).lic wont works.

5 - Restart the application connected to the bike , the reset buttons shall be enabled.

What to do if this is still not working :
- ensure cle.lic is present and not renamed .
- if you put the application in a a directory not beloging to your home folder , windows will restrict the file permissions .
you will have to access cle.lic properties and tick unlock file.
- in case you having a bike not poping the SN , genallry MTS2010 to 2012 , ensure to register the app with the PC you will use for the diag , else that wont works


recent example of not right registration:

bike : DUC4630800 => i don't know this model
serial : 7F9FCë => should be between 9 and 10
bike : 5291xt => i don't know this bike
bike : multistrada 1200- scrambler 800- monster- hipermotard- v4 => WTF ???

Hello. I connected ms4 with kkl409 and jpdiag. I copied it and wanted to send it to you to get a license, but I received a notification that it is not necessary and 59m can work without a license. Is it true?

Hi @jp250rs. A few days ago I tried registering and the form said the request was sent successfully or something along these lines, but I never got the license sent over. I tried regitering again, maybe I did something wrong the first time, but git an error message saying something like the vin/email combination were already registered. Can you help me out?

I'm trying to read the some error codes to understand what is the DSS error that keeps popping up in my dash, but maybe I need to be registered to read those?

yes you successfully register the 1st time , then you got an email with the key inside
check you spam it's prolly there
when you tried to register again , it said , ecu is already registered . nothing wrong to me

Oh, crap, you're absolutelly right. It was in my spam box indeed, sorry for not checking it properly before. Thank you very much for the app and support.
On a side note, I saw sometime ago you started working on a mobile version of the app. Not sure the reasons behind not going forward with it, but if you want to give it another go and need some help, please let me know, I would love to support this as a side project. i'm on many project in the same time , i'm also working on an autonomous obd device .
i didn't finish the mobile app , cause i have not found suitable and affordable device for IOS
so i made my own interface . but that's bringing an other issue , to finish it and mass produce it
