MTS1200s 2012. No VIN reading

The "Get license" button is invisible. The report says "license found" - first post, but my connection is limited to only some functions, and the report shows "not registered."

did you try to connect to the the bike ? the register button disappear during te connection

I tried to connect and it connects. However, it only reads part of the information. I recently obtained the license file and it's uploaded to the program's directory, but when I generate a report, it still shows as unregistered.

I think I'm lost I downloaded the license and uploaded it to the catalog. Now I only see the "Writer Report" button because it already sees the licenses in the catalog. However, the program's functions are limited; I can't see all the parameters, and when I generate the report, the status is "not registered." So what should I do to read the MAP sensors and reset the TPS? I tried resetting it, but there was no response, so I don't know if the reset was successful.
