Licence with 0kb??

MTS 1200S 2015: no registration

Hi, thanks for the licence, i receive it quickly but I can't use the reset button!
The Licence has only 0kb so i thing it can not work!

i've got the same problem, licence with 0kb.... i see the server is full , can you provide some update and help me?

I also received a license from 0kb; is this always due to the server or Outlook's AI-powered spam filter?

Hi and thank you for the new licence!!

Now the connection works but i can not reset the oil service light!
Could it be because i have the MTS 1200S 2015 DVT? with the 10sw soft!??

I found this post: viewtopic.php?p=3611#p3611

that meens for me that at the moment it is not possible!?

This evening i will check if it is possible when i change the date in the bike.

Hello JP,

I have exactly the same problem.
My bike is a Ducati Multistrada 1200, year 2011, ECU MELCO 021.

Yesterday I registered the ECU and downloaded the cle.lic licence file, but the file is 0 KB.
When I try to register again, the website says that the ECU/serial number is already registered with my email address.

Could you please generate/fix my licence, as you did for the other user in this topic?
