Annual service reset mts 950

Hello.

Iam trying to reset the annual service counter on my mts 950. I have succeeded in resetting the oil counter. If I try 'annual service 0', 'annual service 1', I hear an error sound. If I input new service date in the format year-month-day and press change service date, I hear an error sound. In all these cases the 'service date error' on the dashboard starts flashing but it doesn't go away. If I click get service data, it says: N/A. Can someone help me solve this problem?

i see the model 2020 has been successfully reseted viewtopic.php?t=45

Yes I tried, but it still doesn’t work. I saw it worked on the 2020 model, this was also on a Youtube video. I saw the interface of Melcodiag was different. I don’t know if the version of Melcodiag makes a difference.

Also, the first time I tried the button ‘get service date’ I got a service date. After I tried to change the date, possibly in the wrong format, I get the result N/A when pressing ‘get service date’. Does this tell you anything?

What model year is it ?

It is year 2017, it has the older dash in comparison to the 2020 model.

yes it has also the misterious software 10sw which can be reset on certain bikes and not on other ones
