ive just downloaded the melcodiag from jpdiag website. but i went online today to get the licence and i not able to get onto the page required, my windows 10 laptop keeps saying unable to connect. it seems that the website is down. is there another way to obtain the licence which you put into the melco exe to allow me to run the software. i really need to scan my ducati multistrada 1200 2015. I've purchased all the correct cables and obtained the bikes info. but unable to access the licence
