Cant read DTC code on Monster 796

I tried connecting with both bluetooth and elm327 cable, both works fine and read all the info, got my license from jp and stored it in the same folder with melcodiag.

Relaunch, reconnect, green bar, but when i switch to the DTC tab and try to read the error code, everything is grey out and nothing works when i click on them, same thing with the resets tab.

I did get a pop up saying "melcodiag" during launch when i have the license in the folder which i dont get without the license, not sure if that helps.

you sytem fonts isnot iso fonts . so it cannot read the licence
you have to change it to iso US or EU
