Hello,
I have an issue with MelcoDiag on my Ducati Multistrada 1200 (2010) with Melco ECU.
The program connects fine, I can read and clear error codes, and basic functions work correctly. However, when I try to use an active test (for example, set the speedometer to 50 km/h), the value is shown on the dashboard but then the program freezes and stops responding. I have to restart the software after that.
The license is activated and all functions should be available.
The battery is fully charged and on a charger during diagnostics.
No error codes are present in the ECU.
Windows drivers for the FTDI cable are installed and working properly.
At the program start, it is possible to select two model years: 2011 and 2012. I have tried both options.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any advice on how to fix this?
Thank you for any help!

Re: Multistrada 1200 (2010) - active test
I have tried these two cables (see photo): one is a USB ELM327 v1.5 cable with a 4-pin Ducati adapter, and the other is a Bluetooth ELM327 v1.5 adapter. Both connect to the ECU, but when I try to activate an actuator or run an active test, MelcoDiag freezes or becomes unresponsive.
FTDI drivers are installed, the COM port is detected for the USB cable, but the issue is the same with both adapters.
Has anyone experienced this problem? Could it be related to the cable version or type? Would replacing it with another specific model help? Thanks for any advice!

Re: Multistrada 1200 (2010) - active test
it's not a big issue , and i don't think it's related to the elm.
it's certainly because there is an answer from ecu that it not handled yet , but that don't avoid the action to be completed
