The P0482 error code on 2009 Ducati Monster 696 (M3C ECU)
Hi all, I'm getting a P0482 error code on my 2009 Ducati Monster 696. My bike is a model that does not come equipped with a cooling fan. This code usually points to a fan control circuit issue. For those familiar with the 696, what system component or sensor might be mimicking a fan circuit error on a bike that doesn't have one? Could it be a faulty engine temperature sensor or a related relay/wiring that's causing this misfire? Any guidance on diagnosing P0482 when there's no physical fan would be appreciated!

it better look to an exhaust motor valve error

Sounds not so good as I couldn't expected
Is it possible somehow to be connected with faulty lambda or wrong mounted belts, which means wrong phases? How would the ECU knows about what's going on on the exhaust?

not the valve inside the head , but the one controlled by an electric motor in your exhaust line

Hi all,
as far as I know there is no valve in the exhaust pipes for the 696 model.
For this Monter generation, only 796 and 1100 models include the valve.
