ok thanks for the info I will just keep this computer going for a while to simplify things.

I got the lic file but the app isnt acting like its registered, will connect to the bike but none of the buttons are doing anything (not reading dtc, no resets, etc). I emailed you the file location and where I placed the lic.

Edit: I did go back to one of my previous copies of the licenses tied to the bikes themselves and that worked, but going back to the pro license didnt. Even if I set the permissions to full control for every account on the computer and running melcodiag as admin.
