try to unlock the cle.lic file
right click on cle.lic and choose properties , untick unlock ..

Hello again, friend.
I've already unlocked the license file, unfortunately, it didn't make any difference.
Today, I tried again to connect to the motorcycle and trace the fault code it's displaying, but it wasn't possible; I can't read any codes.
What else could I do?
What am I doing wrong?

unlock cle.lic in file properties , and give melcodiag admin rights

It didn't work, it still doesn't let me see the check engine light fault code...
I have Windows 11, couldn't that be the problem?

Finally, it worked!!!!
With the new license file you sent, I was able to access my fault codes and reset the 12,000km service interval.
