Good evening, today is 05/08/25.
I also have a problem with the "service data".
I follow the full procedure, and after several attempts I even disconnected the battery to try a sort of ECU reset.
Basically:
"Desmo reset" – OK
"Oil service" – OK
But when I perform the "service data" reset, it resets the "oil service" instead.
On the dashboard, "service date" flashes but nothing happens.
Can you help me? Thank you.

Hello,
I am also having the same problem with Multistrada 950 2018, when selecting oil reset in app Windows plays the sound and nothing happens on the bike, and when choosing annual service option the bike flashes SERVICE DATE but doesn't seem to be resetting.
Tried multiple times and also running app as administrator but no luck.
Is there any update please?

Hello
Same for me on 2017 Multistrada 950
Connections OK
Licence OK
Press annual service reset then get oil service reseted and the annual service is still present
