Which mode are you connecting via? The all bikes or the M3C... version that is specific to Siemens/Continental? IIRC the scramblers are still on that ECU brand at least, although now its M4C for Euro 5 compliance.

Ive been able to do resets on my 2023 using that model, although admittedly Ive had to hit the button repeatedly for it to take for some reason.

Thank you for the suggestion. I went back and tried again in both modes and clicked on Service Reset multiple times. No luck - service light is still there.
Any other ideas? I am getting desperate
