No info on clipboard after pressing get license
I get through to where I need to press the blue "get license" button ok. The program has read all the info from the bike. When I press the blue button it goes through to the browser page but there is no info on the clipboard. If I press Control-V it pastes info with a web address. If I then press send it says there shouldn't be a web address there. I found somewhere that this may indicate there is no internet connection but I checked and I am connected to WIFI. If I wasn't connected then I would have thought the webpage would not come up. I was hoping someone could give me some hints as to what to do next. Thanks.

the link you have in the clipboard is made to paste in a blank browser page.
it's made for those that don't have an internet connection in the garage , save the link , and later open a blank page and paste the whole link instead of example https://www.google.com
