No VIN/ECU Monster 1200S 2014

Hello,
unfortunately I cannot connect to my Monster 1200S 2014 correctly.
I think, the connection to the cable is correct, since it will be displayed once I click on the connect button.
Afterwards the program tries to read VIN number, but cannot find it. A window pops up with the question, whether the bike is 2011 or 2012.
Eather way there will be no info's displayed afterwards.
I tried with "any bike" and "m3c" settings as well.
This is what I get after clicking "write report"
"File generated On 18.04.2025 10:43:12"
"Software version 2.0.4.4"
"ELM version : ELM327 v1.5"
"Auto Detect Bike = "
"User Bike = Monster 1200S / 2014"
"CAN Bike = "
"Ecu = "
"Hardw =

"Softw = D"
"OilService = NO"
"DesmoService = YES"

Would be great if you could tell me that I'm doing wrong.
Thanks!
