unfortunately I cannot connect to my Monster 1200S 2014 correctly.

I think, the connection to the cable is correct, since it will be displayed once I click on the connect button.

Afterwards the program tries to read VIN number, but cannot find it. A window pops up with the question, whether the bike is 2011 or 2012.
Eather way there will be no info's displayed afterwards.

I tried with "any bike" and "m3c" settings as well.

your elm is not compatible
it keeps saying "stopped"
prefer an elm v1.4 or buy it from lonelec,obdauto, bmdiag etc..

Unfortunately I forgot to click "register" at the first time. Afterwards the software would not recognize Hardware and Software...

I still sent the register request.

I am on exactly the same point as you were.
Did you replace your v1.5 with an v1.4? Or did you just "register" somewhere upfront? But where?

No, i just bought another 1.5 cable from amazon and it worked.

Do you know if it is possible to restore the total km counter?

Somehow it only shows blinking ————

i think it will be resynch automatically after few kilometers
