Hello, I'm trying to get a license for my panigale 1199.
when i try to connect the bike to melcogdiag, it connects and shows my vin but it doesnt recognize my ecu
any idea why?

edit: cable worked on my 2017 ducati supersport before.

Nothing pops up when i press “get license” which one do i copy? Maybe i can do it manually

if the browser is not opened when you press get licence buttton , you can open the browser yourself , and paste the clipboard data (url) in your prefered browser , it shall do the job , only complete the bike info and email

I am having the same issue, it will tell me the exact bike, it will tell me my vin number and then it won't give me hardware data and it says "No ecu data" right next to ECU.

You said everything looks fine on his data reading. So if I hit "get license" all that data should be fine for you to send me a license?

yes you shall receive it
not sure that will work by the way , usually we get more data with 2012 panigales. you way have an issue with your elm which is a v1.5 .
we have a lot of issues with the no name ones v1.5
