"No ecu data" please help

Hello all,
I am experiencing an issue with getting ECU data pulled off my 2022 Ducati Panigale V4S. I promise you I am not coming asking for help without having tried numerous self-fixes.
Initially, I tried using my OBDLink SX Cable https://www.amazon.com/ScanTool-OBDLink ... t_ba_s_1_t with this Euro 5 Adapter https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D5VQ9F3G?ref=fed_asin_title. With this setup I could connect, and I would get the VIN, bike name properly displayed, software version, and incorrect mileage. It would read back "No ecu data" when I hit the "Get license" button.
I tried using ChatGPT to help me identify potential issues, had me conduct Powershell self-tests which confirmed the cable is working etc. but wouldn't return an "ELM" response just some "ATZ" response when pinging for information.
Because of this, I then ordered an ELM327 V1.4 cable https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08887TNBB?ref=fed_asin_title I found recommended on a Ducati forum and tried that. Same exact deal - this time it would connect at a different baud speed but same results - receive VIN, bike name, software version, incorrect mileage, and "no ecu data" when hitting "Get license."
I then re-watched the original videos I found, as well as found a couple new ones and read up on even more forums to find ANOTHER cable recommendation... this one being an ELM V1.5 Cable https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MQ8GHG3?ref=fed_asin_title. Both of these ELM cables have reviews specifically pointing out Melcodiag and compatibility with Ducati so I thought surely this would be it. Before trying again THIS time, I went and downloaded the listed driver "CH340" for the cable, and read through the FAQ on JPDiag to find and update another driver for "CDM." Connected the bike up, and same exact problem. MelcoDiag has no issue connecting, and I receive VIN, bike name, software version, incorrect mileage, but still says "no ecu data" when hitting "Get license."
Despite this, I was able to actually submit an email for the license... but obviously my concern is that it won't be any good without that missing ECU data. The bike is tuned which may be a reason for this? I am not really sure. I have tried a lot and would appreciate any tips or advice, thanks!
EDIT: One difference I noticed actually - the OBDLink SX Cable says "Software version 22000000" whereas both the ELM327 cables say "Software version 5."
