hello
Regarding the notice you posted indicating that if we carry a termignoni exhaust and a map with dds,
You mean that you have to remove the map temporarily to reset the service warning, desmo and also any engine error recorded in the ecu. In this case you can later reconnect the dds to reset the map for the exhaust again.
Forgive the translator's English.

on the 1st generation i advice to remove the the performance map if it has been installed with the dda dongle.
sometimes it says your map is not installed are you are unable to reinstall it
so it's better to keep in the dongle during the reset

Has anyone reported an issue with maps from like tuneboy and the like? I have had two track bikes done by a well known race shop (dull dyno runs with a wideband) and would hopefully not blow that up just doing a regular service reset. Id have to take it back in and have them do it again, etc.

Hello.

I’m going to use Melcodiag software on a 2016 ducati 1299S with akrapovic slip on and RACING map. Don’t know if it was mapped, or if the map was uploaded via Key. Bought the bike third hand, and the previous owner also doesn’t Know.

My doubt is if the “problem” of erasing the racing map only happens on 1199 1st and 2nd Gen or if it’s also possible to ocur on 1299.

difficult to tell you, but if you don't try to reseat gear or anything else than oil and desmo , and don't use m3c settings that's should be ok
