hello at all, i live in italy and i have a Ducati Supersport 939 S. I have installed the app and connect to my bike but even if i have send a request for the licence i stay waiting without can use the app.

you can use the app without licence , the only difference is the reset buttons are not activated
if the software can read correclty the bike data , and you submit correclty the licence form , which include the bike model and year and your email ,
you shall receive a lic file within 24hours

why you don't press get licence button in melcodiag directly ?

I have do that, two times and the program have advise me to hafe sended two requisiti for the same bike.... i stay waiting the licence until yestersay

dont know what is happen, but i have send the request with the button on melcodiag one time.... then i have try another time and have say about i have send two times the same request.....

i have try for first with Melcodiag but even if the button work correctly the service on the display dont go away... after that i have do a test with JPdiag and even if when i push the button is like the software dont do nothing.... on the display is disappear the service voice and when i turn on the bike dont compare anymore the voice annual service. Perfect!

with jpdiag it's impossible
you surely make it with melcodiag , then it was completly off after you switch ogg ignition . it's my guess
