I really have followed the instructions but ..... I still haven't received a license file and its been about 2 weeks now. Should I re-apply through the MelcoDiag software like I did the first time? Hopefully you can point me in the right direction.

it has been sent on 2nd of feb , check your spam folder

I have double checked and for whatever reason I do not have the license in my email. I would be most grateful if you could re-send it.
