Hello There,

The bike seems to connect, melcodiag reads VIN correcty. While going through the registration process, I get this error message:

"Be sure you are using the right software and the rights cables for connecting to your bike , data are incomplete!

I checked the forum, noticed user tarmac31 had a similar issue and still received the license file after a few days .. so perhaps there is still hope? Thanks

the reason of this message is that mecodiag cannot grab any data

to the server is not processing your request
if you want to bypass this check, you have to replace the first empty line in the submission form , which should be the bike , with no bike data

Thank you Jpl250, it bypassed the check and sent a request for license. I'm on standby now ..

yes it bypassed , but you put in bike field no ecu data , i wasn't expecting it here.

in bike model , you shall put the bike model and year i cannot guess it only with the prefilled data

So you want 1) "Monster 1200 S 2017 " in the field "bike/year?' inside the box "debug info for report and registration" 2) hit the "Get license" blue button and then in the following form, in the "bike model" field right above the email address, you want "no bike data" to bypass the check .. correct?

the field bike in the app is only used for the debug report not for registrering app
all you have to do for register is to establish the connection with the bike , when all data are populated , you press get lic button,
once the register page is shown , you enter you bike name( not no bike data) / year and email ,
the last text bloc is already prefilled , it's in this bloc you replace 1st line with no bike data
