I am using an old laptop to run Melcodiag successfully, however it cannot connect to any webpages because the browser is so old.

I have emailed you to ask for help but understand you are busy.

Is there anyway to generate the licence manually?

once you press get lic button , it try to open the registration webpage , and that's a problem if you 'are off internet
but
it also copy the full web link in the clipboard
in your case you can paste the link in a text file , tput it on a usb disk , then open it from a computer with the internet access
