I have just picked up a 2021 V2 Panigale from the auctions
.
Can anyone recommend the best ELM cable to purchase?

The bike has a full exhaust system and has the check engine light illuminated along with the service light.

Will I be able to determine the fault code causing the CEL using Melcodiag?

you you shall be able to see the codes , and delete the light .
check odbauto , lonelec , bmdiag for the right cables
