Monster 1100 evo 2011 Can't reset oil servise.

Best regards to all Ducati entusiasts! The problem is.... Can't reset oil servise on my 2011 M1100evo.
License - recived, elm v1.5 ftdi. Connection is ok, all information is visible. Trying to reset oil servise, elm is blinking correctly but nothing to change. One doubt. When i fill debug report, i forgot to remove NO symbol in report.
