Good morning, I have an issue with a ducati mts 1200 s 2010.

I'm trying to reset oil service with melcodiag, but the reset buttons didnt work.
I tried with desmo and oil service button, but nothing happens, I'm using a elm 327 (amazon link https://www.amazon.it/dp/B0BW9DFPWN?ref ... asin_title)

What can I do?
