The program will not reset service light and date. The info looks correct on the report. Any information on this is appreciated.

it's weird because all loks ok
have you try to unplug / replug battery before pressing buttons?
it may help sometimes

Tried disconnecting the battery. Its not resetting the service date for this bike. Please review. I will check the blog for updates. I recall the Ducati dealer had trouble.
