There is air in my rear ABS and i was wondering is there a way to cycle the valves to flush the air?

As far as I know, not even the official DUCATI DDS tool can do what you're looking for. Unlike other motorcyvle brands, Ducati doesn't have this type of function, like other motorcycles. The only way to fix this now-familiar problem is to bleed it manually (better) or mechanically.
Removing the rear caliper will also help a little...
My experience: I've had the same problem on all my Monsters. After over a year of riding without a rear brake, I decided to fix it, and all it takes is a lot of patience.
between one bleed and the next, drive a few kilometers, it helps
