either it's in your spam , either you did it wrong , then you can retry.
but you won't receive it if you are not able to communicate with the bike

thanks for getting back to me,i can communicate with the bike have used jpdiag befor to rest TSP
have a laptop that i use to do the work on the bike.i connect to the bike it brings up my vin & other details

jpdiag and melcodiag are not using same protocol neither same cable.
for which bike are you asking a licence ?

sorry i forgot to add that i have a Lonele cable which connects to the bike

press create report button, and you will find the file in melcodiag directory
