you can re download melcodiag and try with the 2.0.4.8 version

Still not getting anywhere, it still says Error: Missing some information, licence cannot be generated.

EDIT* just tried putting no bike data in the first line as I had a browse through similar problems, and it's now come up with ;Your ECU / serial number appears to be already registered in our database.

Ok, So I've managed to get a licence and downloaded it into the MelcoDiag folder, but now when i connect I cant actually do anything with the app, it won't let me read codes , reset service lights, it doesn't even do basic stuff like check side stand position.
Debug says that there is a licence present, but the only thing that will even highlight when i cover with a mouse are gear reset and key reset.
