trying to create the file for registering the software, I get an error. This is the log below. I think it doesn't read the ECU, could it be? It's a 2017 MTS 1200S DVT. Thanks for your help.

you don't need to create a file for registering .
if you press the get licence button , it shall open the registration webpage will all data alredy there , you only need to completewith your email and the bike model / year.
As ecu is empty in the 1st line of the prefilled data , it may fail , and if it fail , you can try to write in the first line no data
then it should by pass the check

I tried as you say but it gives me the same error.

the best is maybe to paste the registration link here , it's paste into the clipboard when you press blue button , i'll have a check with the same data as yours

Thanks for the help. I did the procedure again and this time it went well, I received the license which I put in the same folder as the software. I restarted the application with the motorbike engine running. However, I noticed that my parameters detected are totally wrong (engine temperature, ambient temperature, engine rpm and even the total km are wrong). It also won't reset my annual service. How can I proceed? Thank you.

Same Problem with my multistrada 1200 dvt.

Any ideas ?

lives values are not decoded for all bikes , if you have strange data , then you can go in the passive tab and monitor different PID to try to identify which pid is the right one and where the correct value is hidden .
i will try to record a video to explain it better

Buongiorno, stesso problema, mts 1200 2017, licenza ricevuta ma non vedo nel campo ecu nessun dato, provando con il reset service niente da fare, il pc fa il suono dell’errore e non sparisce dal Dashboard

Hello, same problem as Francesco. Successfully connected after received the license, but can't reset service light on dash board on my 1200DVT 2016. Just an "error ring" on my pc.
