Melcodiag and license.

Hello.
I am trying to read the DTC codes on my 2017 Ducati Panigale 959 motorcycle, but I have not been able to obtain the license to be able to perform this task, since the motorcycle has the check engine on and I have an overheating problem in the engine since the cooling fan is not working.
I have already connected the motorcycle to my computer and run Melcodiag, I also requested the license to be able to read the DTCs, but I have not received a response to my request.
I detected that Melcodiag does not read all the information from the ECU, I do not know why, and I also do not know if this is delaying too much for help with the license to be able to correct my fault and soon remove the 12,000 km service light, which is very close to reaching that mileage.
For some reason I received a license for a Ducati Hyperstrada 821 2014 motorcycle in my email, but I don't know if that license will be useful to read the ECU of my Panigale.
I'm sharing some images with you, I hope they are useful and hopefully someone can help me. There is no Ducati dealer in my city and I haven't been able to find a shop with the appropriate scanner to read the codes on my Panigale.
I also searched the Melcodiag ECU database, and there is no reference or anything similar to the model or ECU number that my motorcycle has installed. I don't know what to do, I need your help please.

This is the label that is stuck to the ECU of my Panigale, I hope it is useful.
The image below is from an email I received, apparently it is a license, but I don't know if it can be used for my Panigale or if there was an error and they sent it to me when they should have sent it to someone else.

you can search with 959 instand of the software number .
also please post the debug report then i can check it

press write report button , and find the MelcoDiag.exe.debug.txt file. paste its content here

ok you can see "lic not found
please put the cle.lic whitin the melcodiag directory , and the buttons will be enabled

Hi bro. I put the file in, plugged the bike in, powered it up, ran Melcodiag, and it couldn't read any codes. This was the result.
I don't know what I'm doing wrong, but it doesn't read any fault codes, and the bike still doesn't have the cooling fan working.
I feel sad and desperate.
