Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble requesting the license using my setup. The debug output doesn't allow me to proceed with the license request I think but I'm not sure, and I'm not sure what the issue might be.
My motorcycle is an scrambler 800 2023 uses a 6-pin red diagnostic connector, and I'm using an OBD2 ELM327 v1.5 adapter.
Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what could be causing this problem? Any help would be appreciated!

that vin I think is wrong. Melcodiag don't show me the vin when it read the bike

where did you buy the elm ?
a lot of v1.5 are not working properly

I think it was from ebay
Which one you recomend me?

When I press get license and it open de web where I fill with my e-mail apear this in to the white box

I forgot to tell you that when I type "Get License," a warning appears asking if the motorcycle is 2011. It says yes, if it's 2012, it says no. I tried both options because the motorcycle is 2023.

yes the software is not able to identify your bike
i think your elm adaptator is not compatible
*check for lonelec, obdauto , bmdiag
