My 2015 Multistrada 1200S connects, the license, loads, the software reads the milage correctly, will scan the the ECUs, but that is it. It will not reset the service light.

Everything I click on the Resets page just makes a ding sound and does nothing. I've looked through the forum but cant seem to find an answer. What am I doing wrong?

it's the registration link , not the report but i can see your software is a 10sw.
we have some issues with this one , some works some not

Is it possible that it has anything to do with the cable? Or is it just the software?

Would running it on a Windows 10 computer make any difference?

Same problem here, license is send and uploaded. But I cant reset the service. On a 2011 MTS its working great.

I hope the information underneed helps me getting a awnser from you guys. The bike is serviced but i cant reset the service.

you can't reset with the 1.0.6.2 version, download the 2.0.4.8
but what i can tell , is some 10sw software can be reset fine and some cannot be .
i don't know the reason yet
