I have connected an OBB scanner to my Monster and used MelcoDiag to connect and read the bike information. I can see the ECU type, the software type and VIN but not hardware information. When I try to obtain a licence, MelcoDiag says it is unable to complete the operation because of missing information. MY ECU type is 286.4.334 ICUUUUU.

Any ideas or help much appreciated.

Thanks, have used the licence you sent me and the program does seem to work now. I see quite a few options in the software and will try to re-set my service reminder when it comes up in a few weeks.
