Hello all. Paul from Warwickshire England, I'm new to this be gentle . I have a ducati multistrada 1200s 2010 .After completing the major Desmo service, I'm trying to clear the service reminder. I have the license but unable to open cle.lic
It keeps saying Unsupported file type. Can anyone advise

welcome , don't try to open file , and don't rename it , just put in the same folder as the application
